On December 6, the State Administration for Market Regulation announced that Beijing Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. decided to recall the 2013 Shengda produced between November 29, 2012 and October 31, 2014, a total of 139,040 units from December 30, 2024; A total of 420309 2010-2013 ix35 vehicles manufactured between March 28, 2010 and August 14, 2014 are considered to be a safety hazard due to a possible short circuit inside the hydraulic electronic control unit (HECU) of the braking system. Beijing Hyundai will replace the fuses in the fuses of the vehicles covered by the recall with lower capacity fuses free of charge to eliminate potential safety hazards.
