United Hearts of Different Circles" of the CPPCC Rizhao Municipal Committee, carried out a joint investigation activity of "Supporting Rural Revitalization" in Zhonglou Town, Lanshan District.
Meng Fanxiang, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Rizhao Municipal Committee, and Zhao Deyu, Standing Committee Member of the CPPCC Rizhao Municipal Committee and Director of the Human Resources and Environment Committee, attended the event; Cui Weigang, Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Jiu San Society and President of Rizhao People's Hospital, Wang Yupeng, Member of the Municipal Committee of the Society and Chairman of the Lanshan Branch, some team members of the "Haitian Lvyuan. The investigation team first went to the Automobile Parts Industrial Park in Zhonglou Town to investigate the relevant situations of Rizhao Hongzhou Rubber, Plastic and Hardware Co., Ltd., Rizhao Taihang Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd., etc. Then they went to the Home Appliance Parts Industrial Park to investigate the industrial development situations of Rizhao Haode'er Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd., Rizhao Xinguang Rubber Co., Ltd., etc. The investigation team affirmed the practice of Zhonglou Town in creating a high-quality rubber and plastic industry cluster, and unanimously believed that Zhonglou Town has broad prospects for industrial development and a promising future.
After the investigation, the investigation team had a discussion and exchange with the persons in charge of relevant departments in Lanshan District, representatives of enterprises in the park and relevant experts, listened to the key work reports of the industrial park in Zhonglou Town, distributed more than 60 questionnaires to the enterprises in the park, and solicited opinions and suggestions on the development needs of enterprises and the demands for economic and social development. Focusing on the urgently needed solutions proposed by entrepreneurs, such as the establishment of an inspection and certification center and gas stations, the participants had in-depth discussions and exchanges.
During the discussion, Meng Fanxiang pointed out that industrial revitalization is a powerful starting point for agricultural modernization. Cui Weigang said that it is necessary to increase the publicity efforts, enhance the brand awareness of enterprises, and drive the development of the whole town. We should fully support the construction of the laboratory, establish an inspection and certification center, actively participate in the formulation of industry standards, focus on tackling the "stuck neck" technologies, and accelerate breakthroughs in key raw materials, core components and other aspects. We should pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents, provide corresponding policy support in aspects such as housing for talents, relocation of spouses, children's enrollment, and recuperation and health care, solve their worries, and ensure that innovative talents can be attracted and retained.
