Is the protective cover under warranty?

The quality assurance period for our steel plate protective cover typically ranges from 6 to 24 months. During this time, if the cover shows any quality - related issues due to manufacturing defects, such as cracks on the steel plate, improper installation of components that affect its normal use, or problems with the scraping plates that are part of the original manufacturing, we will provide corresponding solutions. This may include free repair, replacement of defective parts, or in some cases, a new cover if the defect is severe enough.

Maintenance Warranty

The maintenance warranty extends from 2 to 5 years. Under this warranty, we are responsible for ensuring that the cover functions as designed. This means that if there are any mechanical failures in moving parts like telescoping joints or hinges, or if issues arise with the cover's ability to effectively protect the equipment during normal use within the warranty period, we will carry out maintenance work. This could involve lubricating moving parts, tightening loose fasteners, or replacing worn - out components related to the cover's protective and operational functions at no extra charge within the scope of the warranty.
